Location: Belton, TX
Description: Provides support with employee benefits and other HR staff duties. Duties include new employee onboarding, enrollment/disenrollment, benefits invoice/accounting/monthly reconciliation, data entry, benefits filing, retiree benefits and related activities.
Education/Experience: High School or GED required. Some college completion is preferred. Experience performing employee benefits activities is required. Experience with FMLA and worker's compensation activities is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
