Location: Temple, TX
Description: A member of the Learning & Development Department responsible for training curriculum throughout the corporation. Uses a Learning Path concept to train any department. Plans, develops, and directs the coordination of training for location personnel.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resource Management, or previous management/ training experience is advantageous • SHRM and/ or ATD certification is helpful.
