Location: Belton, TX
Description: Manages the faculty and staff recruiting activities for the university. Creates job descriptions, posts and advertises open positions, schedules interviews, conducts skills screening, assists with job offers, produces HR recruiting metrics and reports, maintains interview questionnaire library.
Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a professional-level Human Resources or closely related position is required, to include recruiting; A high level of proficiency in Microsoft
Salary: $55 - 60K
